I just got my new I275 due to the demise of my I530.

Does webjal work with this phone, it worked on my 530 and now is saying it cannot communicate with the i275.

Also what previous phones wallpaper/ringtones will work with the i275?

Having problems as well with my i275 and webjal. I can connect to the phone from webjal but when I go to load a ringtone it says there was a connection error and to change the baud rate. I'm just guessing that this version of webjal doesnt work with the phone.

Actually I got it to work, I was an idiot and didnt convert the wavs properly. Sorry

Using what version of WebJal? (And just doing everything else normally I suppose?)

(I am having trouble as well - but I am TOTALLY new at this - so I am just learning as I go).

Well - I got it to work as well.
Uploaded several wallpapers and a couple of ringtones that I made. And to think...I just started trying yesterday, and suceeded yesterday. Some noobs could save themselves some trouble with a little research and some common sense.

I still cant get it, im using web jal version r01.01.03 with the patcher installed.

My usb drivers are installed and all set up and webjal is switched to USB instead of Serial/com. Now it says "The application was unable to read the required phone informations, check your cable...exct".

Any help is appreciated

I haven't had any problems on my phone, and I hope I don't.

And I can honestly say, I am glad I went from the i830 to the i275. I couldn't be more pleased with the choice I made.

I have the i275, and I downloaded webjal, except that it won't let me add .wavs. My webjal says something about only midi files? Why? Please help!

okay, i got an answer to that one. it's not my webjal, i figured out the scroll down thing. so why is it still not working? i'm keeping the songs to 20 seconds, so what?!

What error is it giving you?

If it is a general communication error it is because the wav files are not the correct bitrate/frequency.

Go to the I730 ringtones on this site and download some and see if they work.
Also if you have any applications suspended on your phone it will not work. To check for suspended apps (such as the camera) go to your java apps on the phone and see if one of the icons says supsended apps , if so go in there and exit all the apps.

This should fix the problem.

Respond back and let me know if it worked.
