Hi, I just purchased a Cingular branded PalmOne Treo 650 direct from PalmOne and added the $24.99/month MediaNet Unlimited data plan. I noticed last night that while I was browsing the web using GPRS, an incoming call never went through. I tested this on my house phone and it seems that my phone will block incoming calls and callers will receive voicemail and my phone will never ring. Is this normal when you're using GPRS to have incoming calls NOT come through?

Yes, this is true for all of the converged devices. If, at the exact time that the call comes in, your device is downloading or uploading data (information), the call will just go into voicemail.
However, if your device is just idle, meaning you are connected via GPRS but data is not being sent/received at the moment the call comes in then your phone should ring and you should be able to accept/reject the call. Once the call is done, the GPRS should automatically re-connect.
