IR Problem with Siemens c65

guys .... having problem with the IR of my c65 .... ususally when i turn it on or off there should be a confirmation .... but, when pressing nothing comes .... the screen just blinks and then the tick on/off .... but, in every folder .... i get the option "send" even IR is not selected and whenever i try to send anything .... and error messege comes .... any solution? thnx in advance

I have no idea what you are trying to ask?? I have a CX65 so I might be able to help you...

what is your Software version? try getting it upgraded, it might fix the problem

hmm .... it was working .... but suddenly start this happening from a few days ago
