Can you use a 3200 FM headset that comes with the phone on a 3120 to get radio?

Which headset are you looking at? Unless the headset has the radio built-in, you cannot use it with the 3120 since the 3200's FM radio hardware is in the phone itself. FM radio headsets act as the radio antenna and also allow for you to listen to the radio in stereo.
