Treo600 Doesn't Ring

Bought an unused refurb Treo 600 from a collegue and have been trying it out the last few weeks.

I always keep it in its case and droped it to the sidewalk yesterday - a the top right corner (not protected by the case) has a little "ding" on it now but the phone doesn't ring and none of the apps have volume - but I can hear people just fine.

I have checked the preferences and the toggle switch at top.

Are there two different speakers or am I missing something?
