My VX6000 recently died. A friend sold me hers as she had recently updated. Upon moving my phone book from one phone to the other, the backup was successful, but the reload was not. I received an unexpected error.

In the error, I located different phone numbers. Upon erasing the corresponding contact, I would get a new error on the next attempt.

I had one contact without a phone number and only an email address... Apparently, it was this one contact that was botching the transfer. With all the others reloaded and just this contact removed, all was good to go.
