t650 error log no longer working...?

I don't know what, if anything, I did but ##377 no longer works to tell me why my phone just rebooted. Instead of bringing up the error log, now it actually dials the number & doesn't tell me anything. Anyone know what's going on?

Still works for me. Have you tried doing a restore?

The correct code is #*377

#*377 DOES work. Has it always been #*? I could've sworn it was ##. Well good lord... I've been using the dang code since I got the thing, how on earth could I forget it? Well, I'm an idiot.

I see you have Sprint and T-Mobile, which carrier is your Treo on? The hash codes begin with ## for the CDMA version and #* for the GSM version.
