I just tried to use Bitpim..

but...it doesn't run....

i only saw Bitpim logo...then nothing happened..

what do i hab to do....

please!! answer me....T-T

p.s - oh...my phone is vx-6100, and i installed its driver.
also my os is winxp

If the BitPim logo came up and then nothing happened (the program didnt start) it sounds like your hard drive got stuck trying to open it. Try again and when the logo comes up try a little "percussive maintenance" on your computer (kinda "hit" the side of the box). If it dosent work the first time, try again, a little harder this time. It might take 3 or 4 times of trying, sometimes BitPim gets a bug in it and is a little hard to start but once it does its worth it, other than that its a GREAT program!
