I purchased verizon's mobile office kit for my vx 3200 installed the usb drivers per the instructions included. When I try to use the software that came with the kit it can not detect my phone. Anyone have any info on how to fix this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers several times. I have tried prolific drivers also.
I am running window xp sp2. My cable has a part number on it CLGIM09-03S
I use a wireless keyboard and Mouse Logitech.
