Heres the thing, I have the software which I bought from Kyocera a long time back for my old 2255, its not version 3.0 but once you have that full version I have on CD, a simple update through the Kyocera website will upgrade the installed version to wutever the newest version is.

Actually I know about the updates. But the problem is to find the prog itself. I have a couple of KPD v2.0. I guess there's no sense to pay any for them. In any case one may use the Datapilot.

There is a way.

If you download the UPDATE for 3.0+ I can provide you with the .reg file that you import and then you can "apply" the update, but it just installs a whole program.

Hey, I have the update to v3.2... can I get a copy of the registry entries please? I recently upgraded to a KX1, which isn't compatible with 2.4, which came with my cable for the KX414
