how come when i am talking on it the phone dont charge but when i have it just sitting not in use it will charge? like say im on it talkin and the battery starts to die so i plug it in and expect it to charge and run off my charger but it dont the phone just dies
thats the only problem i have with it
other then that its an awesome phone!
my service provider is verizon btw

Yeah, All the kyocera phones are like that..Why in the world they would make it so it wont charge while your on it amazes me. But yeah its normal and it sucks.

charge it fully, then with charger plugged in.... remove the battery. talk away, you have full battery for when you need to unplug. I know this does not solve problem of getting it charged when its low and you need to make that immediate call but it will preserve your battery. I do this at work with my soho.

On my old Kyocera 2135, you could place a call powered by the charger, but not if the battery was completely dead. Plug the charger in, charge for 5 minutes, then you can call powered by the charger for as long as you want.

the newer kyocera phones do not allow you to charge while the phone is in use. but..as I said before you can remove the battery after you have the charger plugged in to preserve the charge on your battery. this works on soho and koi, not sure about other models of kyocera phones.
