Problem with Bitpim and my Computer

So I am having problems with my USB cable. My USB cable was working fine before but I had to re-install windows on my computer but now my drivers are all jacked up and wont connect to my computer. When I connected my USB cable it wnet through "found new hardware" prompt and then an error message came up saying: Files Needed
The file 'MA80832U.sys' on MobileAction USB Installation Disk needed
The thing is i didn't get an Installation Disk with the USB cable. Last time i just plugged it in and had to change ports and it worked. This time I have tried many things but still nothing.
Bitpim is saying "Failed to auto-detect the port to use. I couldn't detect any candidate ports".
Can anyone help me please
