Hey there,

Is there a way to erase Xpress Mail and Quick Tour from my Treo 650. Maybe I just missed it, but i can't seem to find a way to do this. I tried going to the menu and selecting delete,...it gives me a list of files, but none of them are obviously marked Xpress Mail or Quick Tour, so i don't know which ones to erase. Is this even Possible?

I am using an UNLOCKED Cingular Treo 650. Any and all help would be much appreciated. Please let me know if I just missed something.

Also, I am currently using a Mac, OS X Tiger and am able to sync just fine with hotsync. All my addresses and calendar info moves back and forth just fine. So my question is, what exactly is the purpose of Palm Desktop. When i hit hotsync, nothing seems to move back and forth in the Palm Desktop program but definitely syncs the iCal and Address Book with no problems. Is it supposed to sync with the Palm Desktop program? Or, is it just there to assist with the palm conduit settings for iSync? I am new to the Palm OS and a little unsure.

those apps are in rom...the only way to get rid of them is to build a custom one....i removed the quick tour and a few other items from my device as a test and it worked well.
here is where i started.
