I found a temporary solution to this annoying problem.

So, I thought I just wanna share it with everyone who is interested.

To by-pass this daamn thing, use the "Shortcuts" feature!!!

So, just assign the things that you frequently access...
Or you also can assign the menu, i.e. Data Folder, Tools, etc.
However, it's only limited to 5 shortcuts...

Anyway, I hope this helps you to cool down your frustration...

Dammit... mine still locked...
