getting the run around

i just got off the phone with t-mo and i put in a request for a unlock code cause i might be leaving the u.s. and i would probably use my friends international phone plan and he could use mine but he is with a different carrier. so i called them and they told me to wait 1-14 days and i did never got a response and i called today and they said to call sharp so i called them asking for the code and they told me that i was going to have to call t-mo for them to unlock it because they have exclusive rights to that phone for some reason and the manufacturer cant do anything about it. so i called t-mo and they are still telling me to contact the phone maker. now what do i do?



(im ready for a new service t-mo is making me mad)

you should be making the request to T-Mobile, but you need to direct it to the request to the correct place. There's an account criteria as well, for the specifics, inquire in the T-Mobile forum
