Those look like they are originals because those are the parts that you need to Convert a T610/616 to a T630/637. If you are a little leary about buying stuff on ebay like me, you could try www.cnn.cn . All they sell is OEM parts and I have talked to them before.

BTW if you are doing that conversion, you will need that keypad plate that goes under the phone faceplate. The reason for this is that the buttons on the T630/637 are slightly different than the ones that are on the T610/616.
