I have just flashed my phone to the 2003 OS and it seemed like it was working fine. But when i looked in my contacts, there were none. So, i went to go to "SIM Manager" and copy my contacts from my sim to my phone and this message came up "Fail to initialize SIM, possible Radio Off or SIM failure." WHAT SHOULD I DO...PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P.!!!
PM Please

Turn on flight mode and try to import your contacts. If that does not work, leave flight mode on and reboot. Import contacts after reboot then turn off flight mode. Its been awhile, but I believe one of these options will work.

Did you hard reset after you flashed it?

No...How do u do that?

Turn off the phone after you remove your SD card. Hold down the centre blue button as you power on the phone, then click "Yes". It might take 5 or 6 minutes for it to start back up, but that should fix it.

I did the "hard reset" and it still didnt work. It really doesnt matter though because i put my SIM in another fone and my numbers were there. They are just not showin up on my MPX200. Its actually kinda better cuz there is less numbers.
