I see many data cables available for this phone, but what I really want is a data/charging cable so I can leave it plugged into the PC to recharge. Is there anyone that has one, and a source for it? thanks

i have one. Bought it on ebay from yescomusa. IT was about 7-8 dollars after s&h.

I got mine from MyNetDeals via amazon.com and received it in just a couple of days. It comes with a disc containing the drivers, but I instead used the USB modem driver download available from LG's site. When you install this driver, you actually have to go through the install procedure 3 times (there're 3 components to this install, one of which lets you use the cable to transfer files to your computer). It gives you this scary warning message when you try to do the install, but I figured LG wasn't out to harm my computer, so use at your own risk. I haven't had any problems with my computer, no viruses have been detected, etc. In my case, it ended up using the port COM5 on my WindowsXP.
