help! unlocking Mexican cell phone in Honduras!

Hi everyone,

my wife and I moved about a year and a half ago to Tegucigalpa (from Mexico). Knowing how expensive cell phones can be down here, we decided to buy 2 brand new cellies before taking off in hopes to have them activated here. Big mistake. Here goes my "what do you mean the cell phone is locked?!!" story.

We went to the local carrier, Celtel, and they told us they could not unlock them. Only the carrier they were meant to be used with could have them activated (Telefonica Movistar).

Now, the cell phones are Kyoceras model 1135. I've done my share of internet surfing and to my surprise I have not been able to find a site charging to unlock Kyoceras.

Can anyone recommend me a site I might have overlooked? Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

u'll need the spc of the phone in order to change their network settings, and the only one able to provide is telefónica. i've some spc readers, but i dunno if they'll work, if you want more info, pm me.
