hello. i'm having a problem getting bitpim to work, it sporadically gives me trouble and hangs when trying to read or write using a data cable...

I'm not sure what that means, it does work sometimes, but for the most part it just hangs...

I have a similar issue.

When I used the cable baud is set at 38400 everytime. When I use the BlueTooth baud is set at baud 115200.

BlueTooth seems so much easier for me and faster...I know that hardwired should be better but it's not in my experience

To use the USB plug I have to plug the cable in turn the phone off and back on with the cable in and it'll go into brew mode after timing out twice -

I don't have my BT dongle at work but after I make sure the phone and computer are talking (paired) I open BitPim and here's an example of what I recall what the log looks like:
