Help Sim Card Blocked

OK I have a Nokia 5110 and a 3120. My sim card is blocked for both phones it says 'Sim Card Rejected' and I put the PUK code in 10 times and how can I recover the contacts via the Nokia data cable or a sim card reader? I don't want to lose all of my contacts!!!!

Where are you located? Sometimes going to your provider's corporate store may help since they may have a reader to recover your info.
