Yes you can put videos on the phone. Im not sure, but it uses some tech that apple uses. I don't know any way to make the speakerphone louder. Any other questions. you know who to hit up.

I'm concerned about when i save pictures to the wallpaper on the KX2 it doesnt cover the whole screen like when i take the picture, and why when i take shoot video clips from the phone it doesnt take up the whole screen like when taking pictures - its just a small rectangle in the middle of the screen like when setting pictures as wallpaper.

Thats correct. THe video size is like a set default. I don't think you can make it better because of "space" on the phone. When I set wallpapers, It covers the area it needs to cover.

What do you mean by "it covers the area it needs to cover"?

Ok i know you need the kyocera phone desktop program (which i have) to put stuff on your kx2. I have not experimented yet b/c its my gf's phone and she has not bought a cable yet.

My question is What can you do with this program? I would like to hear from someone who has done things. Can you put mp3's on there or just ringtones? Where do the songs play? Where do videos play? under flix? I assume pics just go under wallpaper. What else can you do? I know no one has found out how to get wap yet.

The KX2 supports mp3s (as ringtones) and they play through the speaker. The phone by default has 18 megs of memory on it. To mp3s on the phone, you simply use the data cables and a transfer program of your choice. I use EFS explorer in the QPST suite. I also suggest you down sample the mp3s before you put them on the phone because that will save you a good amount of space. Use "Audacity" to do that (it's free). There are other posts about this all over this forum. Take a look.

It doesn't cover the WHOLE display, It covers like 2/3 of the display.

Yes.

To put VIDEOS on your phone, you need only the data cable, the standard Kyocera Phone Desktop (KPD) program (that probably comes with the cable, but you can still download it for FREE from Kyocera), and a video compression app such as Apple QuickTime.

Follow my guide, and you will have multimedia on your phone in no time!:

I agree!

But, no--I have not found a way to make the default maximum volume any louder. MP3 ringtone volume is weak as well. This is the most annoying caveat of the KOI, IMHO.

Do you have the Kyocera Desktop program?
Do you can share it with me?
Can I offer you any software?

Thank you !
