Outlook Mail Sync

I am using my Treo 650 and syncing with MS-Outlook 2003. I am also getting my mail over the air, but I would also like to sync my Outlook mail for the same accounts as versa mail. I was able to do this on my MS Smartphone with Activesync, and was wondering if this is possible with the Palm OS.
