i was just woundering if any one has used the GainTable in P2k on the v635, it wont messanything up i hope, i use the GainTable on my V551 and made it much lounder, im looking to do the same on the V635

I have edited mine no probs with seemplayer, so id say go for it. Make a backup of the original first just in case you mess anything up.

worked like a Charm, My V635 is Super LOUD much louder then my V551, my V635 is dam near just as lound as MY NEXTEL i860

don't put the volume settings too loud, otherwise you risk blowing out your speaker.

I have my earpiece set to 5, keypress set to 5, ringtones and speakerphone volume set to 4 and system tone set to 8.

it will be fine, i dont think your going to blow the speaker if its not crackling when you here it play stuff. You can turn it way up all to 8 and it sounds like crap , then you will blow your speaker.

You can also blow your ears if you are not careful. I upped a V551, which in my opinion doesn't need to be modified because it is loud enough for me the way it comes, but still the owner wanted it louder. I told him to be careful and keep the volume down. You can actually damage your hearing with that thing!

yeah, got to be carefull~ im use to louds phones i have the NEXTEL i860 the speaker on that phone is stupid loud!
