ok well i got my sk2 sometime a few monthes ago, and while i am happy with it for what it is, i decided i dont need the fullsize kb which is the main reason i got it =/ so i was considering buying a moto razr v3 without service(i know its alot more) but i was wondering if i could use it on tmobile or if i HAD to use cingular/att?

also i just got off the phone with tmobile and they said they will be starting to carry the v3 this fall but i dont wanna wait!!!

anyway should i wait for them to officially release it or would it matter if i just went ahead and got an ulocked one?

It depends where you are buying the phone from. If the phone already comes unlocked than you won't need to configure any settings for it. A lot of people complain about the Razr V3 though. They say that it's basically a V series phone with a more cr*ppy camera. They also have the RazR's in Black for sale. I do own a store that sells Razr's as well.

I would just wait for tmobile to carry it... and anyways the razor is overrated, i'd just go for the sidekick 2 even though i dont really like that device either

well i like the razor even if it is overrated. i have used one and i like it so ill buy one since i like it more than the sk2. im selling my sk anyway so ill just buy an unlocked razr which even when tmo get theirs it will still be more usefull since if i go to a differant provider then it will work on theirs too.

Good luck with your V3....i still have mine...but im giving it to my mom....she needs an upgrade...plus i wanted a storage for my phone...so the sidekick went bye bye and the SE K750 is on its way in....
