Minor BitPim problems

I'm using Bitpim Version .62 with an LG vx6100. I had a vx6000 that I downloaded all my phonebook to bitpim. Now I have my vx6100 plugged in, and when I try to transfer all the numbers, for some reason it only transfers 2 names, which incidentally have email addresses with them. The actual number didn't come over though, only the email addy's. How do I transfer so that I can get all the names and all the info under each name to be on my new phone. Thanks

Am I not getting any replies because your pro's don't understand it? Please let me know, and I will re-word it. This is extremely important for me. I have like 200 phone numbers in my phone, and I cannot sit down and reprogram them all in. There must be a way to get all those from one phone to another.

I have a USB cable, and bitpim. I have transferred images, and sounds to my phone, so I already have it connected and ready to go, I just cannot figure out how to transfer all my contact info. PLEASE HELP! I would REALLY appreciate it! Thanks

Edit: Another thing, I tried to download the fprogram that is supposed to be better than bitpim (QSTP or something) and the link doesn't work. Anyone tell me where I can get it? Thanks

pm me and I'll see what I can do about getting you the QPST program.

I would just take your old 6000 and your new 6100 you're provider and have them transfer the numbers, probably would be easier. Took about 2 min to do when I got my new 6100.

You should try a newer version of bitpim.
