How do you change a .3gp file on i860 to a sendable file?

I have downloaded all these movie files from my i860, but I cannot convert the files from .3gp to say a Real file or anything that my computer can recognize. Help! I have a conversion program but I dont really know how to use it. It's called imTOO converter. Any help would be great. Thanks.

You really don't need to convert them. They play just fine with the latest version of quicktime unless you want to convert them to another format. Hope this helps.
