PM-8200 and BitPim problem!!

I downloaded BitPim and have a data cable, but it still does not work!! What else do I need to do?? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

did you put the drivers in for your phone. If it doesn't see your phone then it will not work.

I knew I was missing something simple! I got the driver from Sanyo, and it worked--thanks alot!
