t630 banner change

i would like to change the banner of my phone from cingular to somthing else and i see that many people have been able to do so but i am not sure how... if any one would like to share how to do this with me it would be much appreciated. I saw specificaly that Lasyk had changed his form www.myt630.lasyk.net (hope direct links are ok...)
