3587i-enhancement not supported?

Ive got a 3587i and recently puchased a dku-5 cable. I want to upload ringers and games. when I plug the phone in, I get a screen which says enhancement not supported. I am not able to upload anything to the phone. Is there a way around this?

Verizon is very good at this game, your provider probably locked the phone from being able to work with a PC, they want you to have to use THEIR (very expensive) download catalogue. I suggest you contact Nokia in case the problem is in the PC or the DKU-5, but this is probably the case.
