it's making me crazy! doesn't take much!!

with BitPim the majority of my images fill the screen whether it is the Main or Front. when I look at the sizes in BitPim the most common size I have is 320x240 although I'm not so sure that matters? I have some other sizes that also fit the screen. My problem is that even though I didn't set them as 176x184, some pics that I bring in are defaulting to that size and of course do not fill the screen.
I've read something about "holding Shift while you drag pics in to BitPim" but I'm not sure I understand that??

I remember now how I was doing it. Just simply take a picture directly from my monitor. I use a low res 320x240, snap it, brighten it up etc in PSP and then voila!
These pictures come out great and are only an average of about 25k! This cropping or trying to fit sizes is crazy. When you take the picture, it's going to be the exact size of your phone screen!
