Hello ALL,

I'm about to move from Cingular to Sprint PCS as some of you may or may not already know, my question is, does anyone know how good the Sanyo VI-2300 is, from what I've heard, the Sanyo line of phones is the best ones to buy at sprint, but everyone tells me to get the PM-8200, and I don't need or want a camera phone, and I'm guessing the VI-2300 is the next best after the 8200, so what do you all have to say, anyone here used or use this phone, please let me know!!

I just got my VI-2300 and I love the service it beats the crap out of cingular in my area, I only have 1 complaint the MEMO that is attached to the right soft key is anoying, it gets bumped and the volume side key turns it on when it gets pressed for more than in second even when the side guard is active.

?? Mine does not seem to do that.

Anyway, I am very pleased with the 2300! Good upgrade from my older 4900.

I just my 2300 last week. I am very pleased with reception and clarity. Seems like it will be a rugged and solid performer

i had the 2300 about a few weeks ago and it is a great phone! sorry that i had to let it go but my brother really wanted it. so yeah you should get it. great reception. great voice quality and the speakerphone is very similar to the 7400 which is very crisp and clear!

So, far I have not had any problems at all with the 2300 in my account. Very glad I got that one.. The speacker is even better then the one in the 8200 model.
