Here's my dilemma,

I got a Motorola V3 that i bought off of ebay that was locked. So I thought "Ok. I'll buy it and then I'll unlock it". Easier said than done? I think so.

So I goto gsm-software.com and I buy a credit and try to unlock my cellphone. I go through the process and then abruptly it was stopped and to my utter horror it told me that the cellphone interface was not found.

"Ok," I thought, "I will just restart my cellphone"

The phone doesnt turn on. The keypad lights and then it goes off.

"Alright, I'll see what happens when I put in flash mode."

When I put in flash mode, it says:

"Boot Loader
07.E0
SW Version:
Not Found

Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable"

So I try to flash it with a monterpack - It goes through, but it does NOT solve my problem.

What should I do? (I will give anyone $20 VIA paypal who gives me information that leads to the recovery of the cellphone)

You might want to try this:

First, flash your phone with the latest bootloader located here:
www.motox.us

Next, flexlash your phone with the latest software from MotoX's site, and it may solve your problem. Good luck!

Just tried what you posted exactly - Nothing happened, any suggestions?

i'm sorry to hear that ,, the Same thing happen to me with the GSMliberty, ( note: i hope you made a bakc-up chip) and make sure you have a repair folder with the GSMliberty soft, you need to talk to them about this.. they will send you a repair file,, be ready for a long weating a least for 1 week, in my case the repair file the send me didn't work , so only solution was to get a exchange with moto and next time, unlock first them upgrade to the newest firmware.....

Be ready to fight with GSmliberty,.... since they like to take some time for this and don't fix the issue

they will make send them some files from teh REPAIR folder and the back-up chips which is around 32 MB

When i had the broken phone, i tried everything you could image reflash with every moster pack out there, but no fix,, like that really kill your phone
