Ne1 encountered this problem before. All of a sudden, when I was dialing my voice mail number (for which the short cut key is "1" and hit send).. My phone got stuck in CAR KIT mode. I can't make or receive ne calls.

Actually, its kinda very weird. I can make calls. The opposite party will receive a call from me. But the line seems to be dead on both ends cause I dont hear ne ring or the voice of the other party and the other party can't hear me.. Hmmm..

I tried calling customer service. They couldnt help and nor could the verizon store people.

Does ne1 have a CLUE as to whats going on??? And how can I DEBUG this problem.. Thanx!!
