Sync'ing tasks with Outlook problem

Hi,

I use the default task program on my MPX220 and sync it via ActiveSync with my PC.

If I completed a task on my PC, it used to delete them from the phone (the desired affect), but now it leaves them on the phone, which shows them as completed.

Under settings in ActiveSync I have "only sync incomplete tasks" selected.

I can be certain, but I'm wondering if this happened after updating my firmware (to 1.25).

Does anyone know how I can get it to behave how I want? i.e. so the phone only shows incomplete tasks.

Please don't suggest I use a different program to the built in one

have you checked the settings in the task pgm on your phone? There's a setting to show completed tasks. Turn it off and tasks will be deleted.

That sounds about right from what I remember - Only now I don't have any options when I start up the tasks - Only "complete" and "delete".

As someone who works in IT, I feel suitably stupid

Where is this option?

I don't have any settings in the task program on 1.25 or 1.43 (AT&T) ROM's...

First off, don't feel guilty. I think most of us here are pretty profficient at computers, and still we all have problems.

I would recommend setting it to sync everything (all tasks) and see what happens then.
