C650 can anyone help please

Motorolo C650 I uploaded an MP3 file and for some reason the 'phone created a new folder on the root A/ 99 >myMP3 with no atribute.......nomatter what I do I can not delete the file or the folder.
the 'phone works fine but it just annoys me!
Any suggestions other than leave well alone! thanks in advance

Thanks but No it won't delete and I can't upload or download anything from the folder.......it's a real bummer!!
