Ok I am behind on phone Technology now.. read -->

I am searching for the right phone for me at this time. Previously I just bought a MPX-300 and the phone is great, got lots of features that I like (wi-fi, windows media (played mp3, and most movie files). The only thing about it is it is too thick and I hated it when I put it in my jean pocket.. It just.... too thick. :-). Anyway, I am selling it right now. I have to find a phone that replace the MPX. Personally I would like to have the phone with some kind of extended memory and I can store music in there to listen (bottom line is it have to be able to play mp3 music.) I don't care much about the camera. And most important is the phone have to be thin, not too thick. I've been searching and found this phone (sharp 902) I did some research and still confuse, that is why I am here asking questions. As i got from the research I found out that there are two version available for this phone: Japan and Europe. I found it on sell on ebay and the price is about $250 USD different !!!! As far as the description, they are the same. How do I know which one is the European model? what is the different about them ? which one should I get? I live in US and my service is T-mobile.

you're gonna have to email the sellers for the exact answer as those 2 sellers have different names for the phone, the sharp sx813 is sold in hong kong and is the best way to get a 'real' 902 with out all the BS. sx813 is already unlocked from the start. 902sh is typically the japanese version of the phone but its missing some key stuff found in the sx813 and 902euro like T9 when text msging.

all 902s are basically the same(sx813, 902, 902sh), its all about finding the cheapest one. and make sure its unlocked, just cause some bonehead on ebay says its unlocked doesnt mean hes telling the truth. sx813 is the safest way to get a 902..just use caution.

If the phone is orange or gunmetal colored, then its definately the japan version. The only color availiable in Europe is the with the white housing. However, there is a white 902sh (japan version) also. The auction looks to be the japanese version, not uk version.
