Sending data to VX6100! - Please help -

What's up all. Ok, so i just got a replacement phone after losing my old phone. Luckily for me, i backed up all my phone book entries a couple weeks ago. But now when I'm connecting the phone with BitPim, i can't get or send anything to/from the phone! It was working perfectly with my other phone, and it's the same model and everything (LG vx6100)! Please let me know what's goin' on, thanks!
