I downloaded the file form nokiausa.com and went through the proceedure to install it. I keep getting an error message saying "The hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software."

Does anyone have any suggestions? It says to intall the driver and then connect the phone with the cable (CA-42 new version I think). Then install the correct version of PC Suite. Computer won't seem to recognize the phone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
