Im getting either the sx813 or the gx t300 and i just wanted to know if the screen on both of them is CGS, 95% reviews of tm200/ gxt300 have indicated that the screen is 262 TFT, no mention of CGS ....... any help?

the GZ200 (Vodafone GX-25) does not have a CG Silicon display. Like the GZ100 (Vodafone GX-15) it's designed by XERA but manufactured by Sharp, Vodafone dropped the XERA brand name to stick with Sharp. Only Sharp (proper) phones have CG Silicon displays. Sharp manufactures displays for Motorola as well, but they're not CG Silicon, as well as the displays for Danger hiptops (T-Mobile Sidekick), again not CG Silicon.
