Where can I find a case for the MPx220 other than eBay?

I've been looking for weeks, for a decent MPx220 case. I actually wanted the one sold by Cingular, but since Cingular isn't carrying the phone anymore, they don't seem to carry the accessories either.

I've found a couple of interesting cases on eBay (including the one I wanted), but PayPal is being a jerk with Puerto Rican credit/debit cards and they won't let me add mine because it isn't from an "approved country".

So what are my options? Is there a decent case I can find somewhere where I can pay with the credit card directly, as opposed to using PayPal? Thanks.

I use the Krusell Horizontic. You can see it at www.krusell.se

They also make a leather case for the phone as well, it looks pretty cool but I haven't seen anyone post any pics with the phone in it.

Omega - which size of the Krusell Horizontic did you get for your Mpx220? Is the clip real secure on your belt? I've got a nice Brookstone case but the spring on the clip is weak & sometimes slips off if swivel to horizontal position.

BTW, good stuff on your new blog - will come in handy this weekend if I can find the time to upgrade to the 1.43 ROM!

I believe its the XS...it will list it under the MPx 220 on the krusell site. It has a plastic clip which is strong and two leather loops so the case isn't going to come off the belt unless you really jar it.

Originally, I bought the cingular-branded case from a cingular store. They didn't have it on display but had it in storage when I asked for it. I didn't like it because it wraps plastic over the screen, making it hard to see. I returned it and got the krusell case instead, which doesn't cover the screen. The case doesn't have the large belt-clip button on its back (it uses its own system) so it doesn't poke me when I put it in my pocket. Also, many other cases hold the top and bottom parts of the case together by a strip and a button snap, which can bulge out when the phone is opened. The krusell uses an elastic strap instead so the strip is always close to the phone.

Many places on the web sell it; I got my through ebay, though it was a front for an online store.

One other thing to note is that both the cingular and krusell case has plastic that covers the keypad, thought not the directional pad. It may bother you since the feel of the keys is different and may make key presses less precise. I've toyed with the idea of cutting out an opening on the plastic...

The horizontic case fits the MPx 220 well, it as a little room to move which is what I wanted so that the screen doesn't get pressed into the big blue action button and put scratches on my screen. The case is of high quality and is made well.

Yes but not as clear as I could outside the case of course. I put it on vibrate and ring so if I don't hear it I would feel it vibrate on my belt or in my pocket. It works perfect for me since sometimes I forget to put the phone on silent when needed. The case muffles the sound so its not a big disturbace.

Looks like I need to try one then! Getting sick of the cheap eBay and fleamarket cases that never fit quite right!
