all my games disappeared, someone help me fix them!!!

Man, I am not sure what happened, I deleted the tempdb file to get my ringtones to update, and they did, but when I rebooted my phone, all my games were gone! Can someone help me get them back? They were just the basic ones, none extra. Do you all have any advice? Also, does anyone have any idea to what went wrong?
