Is there a way to sync the contact info on my Sim card to Outlook in ActiveSync? Or to save the sim card phonebook directly the the phone's contacts?

Go to my blog (OLD) and look for my list of apps, there you will find a program called M2MSimCopy. Click the link and you will be good to go.

I've dl'd and unzipped this program. How do I install this? Right now there are 2 files, _setup & poomwrap.002. Do I import these files onto my phone? I don't want to do anything w/o knowing if it's correct. Thanks.

You do NOT unzip a .rar or .cab file, take the file that you dowloaded the .cab file and put it in Storage\Temp, then go to File Manager on your phone go to Storage\Temp select the .cab file and it will install it on the phone....Go to my blog (OLD) if you need more help.
