NEED HELP!!! v400--- Ring Styles

ok, so i was deleting excess sound files from my phone to make room for more ringers... now when i goto settings>ring styles>style detail... it bumps back to the settings menu... tried resetting with no luck... any help please???? greatly appreciated

p.s. i have data cable... for any way to manually reload this thing back to default

man i have sent this responce at least a dozen times:
go here to see what u did and how to fix it. if that doesnt work go here and instead of clicking on the topics choice click on "fix ringtone details" and follow steps in thread.
people should read before they delete things although i was in your place when i started doing all this editing. hope this helps. oh you can get motokit at motomodders.net with a free registration.

this motokit app is SWEET... thanks a bunch... ive had it on my computer for a while now but never installed it... i wish i had sooner... its way better then using p2kman and p2kseem
