i am trying to decide if this phone is right for me. i am getting it cause people in my family work for siemens and i can get the phone for free (since they give it away to employee (family)).

my question is if the 6F62T's text messeging is decent enough for a 13 year old to use. this is going to be the deciding factor on the phone.

are you talking about the cf62t? and if you are i personally think the phone stinks in all areas.

i think im still gonna get the phone only cause it's free. i can just upgrade later.

are you adding to you tmobile account? if you are go with the motorola v188. thats a nice phone....motorola all in all is a better phone then siemens anyday

v180/188 is much better than the CF62(T) Siemens are plagued with shutting off on its own problems, which is addressed in the newer software (94) and re-inforced battery clips.
