Getting images off KX2/Koi w/ USB cable?

I know how to get images on to the phone, but how do I get them off? I have the USB cable and KPD.

On my KPD, I read what was on the KOI and brought it over to the to the desktop using synch. You then delete the images you dont want, and then save them to the KOI using the synch method again. But make sure you choose overwrite phone, otherwise you will just merge the new and the old.
