Hi all,
I finally got my 7100r couple of weeks ago and I have been trying some tips from you guys. Thank you so much and I was able to perform most of the functions you provided.
However, I have a question regarding protecting your email/sms messages. Since I got my new BB, many people have asked me if they can check out the unit.
Yet, I am concerned because these folks are not only playing with my BB but they have been reading my email/sms messages. (I don't delete my messages just incase I need them in the future.)
Do you know if BB 7100 offers a feature to lock your private messages or folders? Or as a advanced users, do you recommend tips?
I understand that I can lock the unit but the problem is that I have to unlock the BB for people to browse through. Should I be telling people to get lost instead? Please help!!!
Thanking you in advance for your help.

I usually just show people myself if they are interested. I scroll through the icons and open the web browsers and all that for them, but when I get to messages I just open and cloe the app real quick if they want to see the message layout or anything. This method has worked well for me so far.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I will try your method. But to be honest, it was very frustrating when I saw my friend scrolling down on my emails from my girl friend. This is very sensitive issue and I think RIM should consider option to password protect desired applications.
Again, Thanks for your advise.
