Having trouble to get my V551 to display Alpha Tags

Hello eveyone,
I am new, and I got my Moto V551, and no matter what I do, I follow all of the instructions, and everything but I cant seem to get my V551 to display the alpha tags on the screen, If possible can someone please help me with this, by maybe providing a step by step guide to make this work.
