MY phone doesnt seem to be working, can anyone help?

I bought a Se47 Kyocera from virgin mobile. I have activated and programmed the phone but i cant make any calls. Even if it has full bars in the signal strength meter, after a while the phone will start to flash the no service icon for a while and displays the "searching..." letters. I was thinking maybe the programm is F*** up. I was wondering if there is any way i can fix this by ressetting the phone or something . any help would be appreciated. OH by the way when i log on into my virgin mobile account to see my phone activity history... it actually shows the phone calls i tried to make. all with a duration time of 00.00 or 00.01 seconds.

hmm...have you tried taking it in and having your provider take a look at it? they should be able to fix it if not replace your phone because they sold you a broken phone. you can even ask them to give you credits for the days you weren't able to use your phone.
