hi-
I was experiencing the fairly typical caller ID problem with the 5150, in that my caller ID would lose the names and pictures if I made any changes manually to my phone book. I went to a Sprint store to get the phone software upgraded. Still have the problem. I tested it with my home phone #... when I call my cell, it just shows the phone #, no name nor special ringer.

Unfortunately, as i had posted in a different message on here, my contact sync software isnt working properly, so i can't download the phone book in one step.
any suggestions? (a 20 minute wait on hold with sprint got me nowhere... just an endless wait)

Ugh...ok, now I have Contact Sync detecting my phone and exporting contacts... thought it was all working, then today my father called me from his cell phone (I have his cell phone # in my phone book entry for him) and it justed showed the phone #, no name, no picture...
ARGHH. anyone know how to fix this? i brought my phone to Sprint for a software upgrade over the weekend...though I don't know how to check the phone to see which software version I have...
